How we work: Northbridge Partners is a supply, sourcing, and program management company. We do not perform installation, construction, or trade labor ourselves — every project is delivered through vetted, licensed, and insured subcontractor and supplier partners, with Northbridge managing sourcing, logistics, compliance, and quality oversight throughout.

Northbridge Partners is a family-owned small business founded and led by Jesse Siegfried, based in Rochester, NY, where he lives with his wife and two children. Outside of work, Jesse is an avid backpacker, musician, fisherman, and die-hard New York Yankees and Buffalo Bills fan.
